Be Great at Sales

This is a video from our 2014 Sales & Marketing Training. Every January we hold a sales and marketing training for all of our sales reps – new and old. The purpose of this training is to train and retrain. We make adjustments to our systems every year, and people get rusty.

This is a chance for us to train our team a little better than they were trained before, bring new people into our business, and get everyone excited to launch sales for the year.

      You might have that problem. It depends on where you live, the population, and how good you are at recruiting and hiring people. Also depends on the time of year. It’ll be harder to find subs & painters in the busy season than in the slow season. Despite all of those things, we’ve never had a hard time finding painters if we needed them to do more jobs. I’ve never had to turn work down because I didn’t have the painters to do it.
