How To Quickly And Easily Start a Painting Business That Produces Consistent Cash Flow, With Massive Upside… Even If You Don’t Have A Background In Painting

People all across the country are starting painting companies to…

  • Add another income stream like real estate professionals, property managers, or home improvement professionals
  • Ditch their 9-5 job and create freedom in their life, control their time, and provide a better life for their families
  • Build a lucrative and successful business that can massively increase your income, pay off debt, and set you up for retirement
The opportunity in the painting industry is why I turned down a $100k/year job offer (with a proven company) straight out of college, at 23 years old, to start my own painting business instead…

… Which was one of the best decisions I ever made.

And it’s why I helped 5 of my best friends start and build multi million dollar painting companies…

And it’s why I decided to go “ALL IN” on the painting business in 2013 after pursuing a bunch of other “sexier” business opportunities…

And it’s why I’ve started 16 painting companies since then…
Because building your own business is a vehicle for creating an amazing life… It’s how you take control of your time and income.

But not all businesses are created equal.

I know... I tried starting a bunch of other companies.

But my painting companies just kept growing like a weed…. Even when I didn’t put much time into them.

For example, in 2013 my painting business almost doubled in size from $390,000 to $650,000 in revenue…

And went from $70k to $110k in profit…

And I worked 5-10 hours per week on that business in 2013…

I traveled over 75 days that year with my wife, Josephine.

And the best part about it - I wasn’t even trying!
People I have coached and mentored have CRUSHED my results… So keep reading if you want to learn…
  • The incredibly simple business model that makes a painting business a cash machine that can keep growing and growing
  • What the costs are to start up… And how you can start up with minimal start up fees and turn a profit almost immediately
  • How much money you can actually earn in this business (it’s a lot)
  • Why a painting business has one of the fastest learning curves of all the trades… so you can start this even if you don’t have painting experience.
  • How thousands of college students every year start painting companies… and they do it with ZERO painting experience and ZERO business experience… And if they can do it, so can you.
But more importantly… I’ll show you how you can set this business up to be that VEHICLE for what you really want in life.

That’s the whole point of business ownership and entrepreneurship…

It’s your why - it’s what you really want in life. We all want something a little different…

  • You want to provide a great life to your family - paying for their education, taking vacations, providing experiences, putting food on the table… leaving something behind for them.
  • You want to be in control of your time, your income, your future… and having the freedom to retire on your terms and do what you want in life.
  • You want the feeling of accomplishment of being successful, doing it on your own, and building something you’re proud of that truly rewards your hard work…

And sometimes it’s what you DON’T want…

  • You don’t want to work 60 hours a week building someone else’s business (that was me)
  • You don’t want to work a job you dislike for another 20 years until retirement
  • You don’t want to climb the corporate ladder for the rest of your career
  • You don’t want someone else telling you when you have to work, when you are “allowed” to go on vacation, or how much vacation you can even take
  • You don’t want someone else telling you how much money you get to make, with worthless raises that barely keep up with inflation

And the list goes on and on…

Building a business that lets you ‘design’ your life isn’t just a pipedream or exclusive right of the super wealthy - it’s something anyone can attain.

And the painting business provides an amazing opportunity to do that…

Most people are just missing a few key tools.

I know it probably sounds too good to be true… I assure you it’s not. In the next few minutes you’re going to see that it actually makes perfect sense…

I’m happy you’re here and I’m excited to share some ‘insider info’ with you.

The ‘ins and outs’ of the business are something Eric seems to know better than most. I think he has the most relevant and down to earth information and so willing to spread the knowledge. Thank you so much for what you do and HOW you do it.

Started in Oct 2016 and the painting business has now become my #1 revenue generator. Eric has been great in answering questions, he is a fantastic trainer

- Robert N.

Painting Business Pro has been a help to me in not only our painting business, but also another business that we own. Eric's concepts and principles have proven to be more than just theory. They work!

Hey - I’m Eric Barstow

And I’ve been coaching painting business owners for over 15 years.

But, unlike a lot of coaches, I practice what I preach and I’m actively operating painting companies at National Painting Group.

… Where we own and operate 4 painting companies that did over $5.8 million dollars in revenue in 2019 (and are on pace for over $8 million in 2020).

I’m 33 years old and live in Fort Collins, Colorado with my wife Josephine, 5 month old daughter Isabella, and my dog Decker.

And some people would consider me obsessed with business.

Because business provides an incredible opportunity… The opportunity to control your time, control your finances, provide for your family, and live an amazing life.

And I do love business, but my life isn’t all business.

Business is a vehicle to PROVIDE a great life.

But too many business owners are RUN BY their business… instead of RUNNING their business.

That’s where I come in...

"Eric is a true champion of the industry. He is one of the rare thought leaders in the painting space who has the knowledge and passion to get results quickly. His down to earth strategies and humble attitude make him an effective leader and I would recommend him to anyone looking to bring their painting company to the next level."

- DANNY KERR , Founder and Director of Sales, Breakthrough Academy

“Eric Barstow has spoken at PCA's annual EXPO and has appeared on the Paint ED Podcast, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I found Eric in my research into education providers in the painting industry, and it is abundantly clear that Eric is an effective and engaging educator. Eric speaks boldly and simply about the changes he has made in his companies which have catapulted him to growth and influence, and he willingly shares the lessons--both good and bad--he has learned along the way. I don't ever feel the 'sale' in Eric's style of presentation, and the outcomes of his strategies speak for themselves. He is demonstrably successful, and he invests in the success of his fellow painting contractors. Our industry is better for leaders like him.”

- CHRIS SHANK , Director of Education, Painting Contractors Association

"Eric has created an amazing compilation of processes and information that is a must-see for anyone breaking into painting, or those who need a fresh take on how it can be done! I've seen his courses provide immense value to seasoned professionals, as well as launch someone into the business from the ground-up. His straight-talk style, years of industry experience, and insight make everything easy to understand and actionable! Every time we talk I'm impressed by Eric's drive to keep learning and share that knowledge with others. We're thrilled to be partners in the quest to elevate the painting industry!"

- MORGAN RAY, Chief Operating Officer, Bookkeeping for Painters

"Eric is truly passionate about helping others. He goes above and beyond to serve his industry and his clients. Everytime I meet with Eric I learn something new and I am motivated to work on growing my business. I would definitely recommend working with Eric and his team. Randy J. Brothers"

How I Started a Profitable Painting Company at 18 Years Old With Zero Experience...

I was an 18 year old college student at Colorado State University in the engineering department when someone came into my 8 a.m. engineering class one day…

They announced an internship where you could be your own boss, run your own business, and make $10,000 over the summer.

For someone like me (who never had a job previously) I was intrigued...

After a series of interviews I ended up getting hired for this internship where I would be running a painting business over the spring and summer…

I would generate my own leads through marketing…

Do the estimates and sell the jobs…

Hire the painters, manager job sites, make the customers happy, and earn a profit.

I was one of almost 1000 interns across the country that year.

...At one of the many college painting companies that provide internships like this.

That summer I ran a $60,000 painting business, had 19 customers, 6 employees and I made about $10,000 in profit.

It was an incredible learning experience for me…

So I got promoted to be a mentor the next year where I recruited, mentored, and coached other college students in the internship.

I continued as a mentor for the next few years.

I even got promoted again and was a mentor to the mentors.

And over those six years I oversaw about 2.5 million dollars in business and coached 100 college students to run a painting company over the spring and summer!

...And remember none of these students had any prior experience in painting and didn't have prior experience in business.

… And we sold jobs at some of the highest prices.

… Competing against seasoned painters, “professionals” and companies.

… And hired inexperienced college students to actually do the painting.

This was an incredible experience for me that laid the foundation for my future career as an entrepreneur…

I got my degree in economics and business... and it took me 6 years.

After all… I was working 40 to 60 hours a week while in school.

And I learned more than I ever could have imagined.

As graduation approached I knew my time with that company was coming to an end and it was time for the next chapter in my life.

I didn't know what I wanted to do after graduation… but I did know one thing: I did not want to work for somebody else.

I wanted my own business.

My dad was my first inspiration for being a business owner.

I was lucky growing up.

My dad was around. He came to all my soccer games, was home at night for dinner, and we would take family vacations.

We never had to struggle.

Money was never a problem in our family.

I even feel a little guilty about how good my life was growing up.

I never had a job in high school. As long as I played sports and got good grades, I didn’t need to get a job.

And I did get good grades and play sports.

I only paid a tiny bit for college… My dad mostly had that set up for me too.

College is when my entrepreneurial journey started.

And he was my inspiration.

Instead of feeling guilty about how good I had it, I choose to be really grateful.

I first got interested in business because I wanted to provide for my kids, my wife… my family.

Just like my dad did for me.

I wanted to provide a great life where we can afford the things we want, live in a nice house, drive nice cars, take vacations…

I wanted to set my kids up for success.

And I wanted to be around to spend time with them.

That’s why, as a broke 23 year old just graduating college, I turned down a $100,000 base salary straight out of college.

There was no other option for me… Business ownership was the only way I could get the kind of freedom I wanted in my life.

But I didn’t know what business I was going to pursue…

So the first thing I did was start a painting company.

...But not because I wanted to build a painting company.

I just knew that I could make $50,000 a year working part-time, with no start-up costs, and virtually no risk with a painting business.

Which would allow me to pursue other business opportunities.

And that's what I did.

I did as little as possible with my painting company just to make sure I had my bills paid and I started pursuing other business opportunities.
I started a clothing and apparel company for snowboarders (I’m a big snowboarder).

But quickly realized that I had no interest in selling $20 shirts one at a time to hopefully build a brand big enough that had orders constantly coming in

So this business was quickly shut down and I was on to the next one

Then I got into a network marketing business…

Someone presented me a network marketing opportunity in a travel business called WorldVentures.

I love to travel and the promise of residual passive income was exciting to me.
So I started building a team...

And in the first 3 months I was kicking ass.

My team was growing faster than most.

But ultimately... I really didn't like the business...

I didn't like that every person I met or talked to became a target for my team or my downline...

I didn't like that all my personal relationships became prospects…

And I realized that the residual income that was promised was never truly passive.

One of the top guys in the company who had reached the highest level

… Who was flying all over the country leading events and speaking and clearly hustling his ass off...

Even he went down a level.

And I realized that in network marketing passive or residual income doesn't really happen…

Because when you stop working, your team stops working... And when your team stops working your business declines.

Then I came across another opportunity that seemed too good to be true…

It was a rewards program that helped people buy things for pennies on the dollar and all you had to do is invest money for your “inventory” and manage your online store…

Which took no time at all and it's purely an investment.

So I invested $750 to test it out and in one month I almost doubled my investment and withdrew the funds… Success!

I thought “Holy crap it works!”

So then I bought $10,000 of inventory for my online store... the maximum amount they would allow.

And the very next day the company was seized by the SEC Securities and Exchange Commission for being a Ponzi scheme.

Literally the very next day!

...And my money was seized too.

I tried building a couple different online businesses from programs I bought…

But it turns out that it was harder than I thought.

There was a lot more to learn than I realized and I was a total rookie…

After a few months doing “online businesses”, that also didn't work out.

The most successful business I started was a consulting business where I was consulting other painting companies.

Because my painting company was growing effortlessly…

And at this point in my career I had spent 6 years working my butt off training people to build a painting company.

I definitely knew my stuff.

My clients were paying me $200-$300 an hour.

And I was producing really great results for my clients.

But it turned out that I really didn't enjoy consulting.

I thought I would because I did so much training and coaching in the past... But there was just something different about being a consultant that I really didn't enjoy.

So I shut that business down too.

I spent two and a half years and a bunch of money looking for a Home Run business that doesn't exist.

I was suckered in by all of the media and hype around the super successful companies out of Silicon Valley that make you think overnight successes actually happen.

And all of the episodes on Shark Tank where you see these companies that seem to go exponential overnight.

… Where people are building booming businesses effortlessly (or so it seems).

Well... I learned the hard way that short cuts, get rich quick, and overnight successes don’t exist and don’t really happen.

And the Home Run business I'd been looking for was right under my nose!

There's some moments in our life that change everything. I remember the day I was in my car and exactly where I was driving when it hit me...

It was so obvious how had I missed it all this time?

For the last 2 and 1/2 years I've been chasing home run businesses and avoiding my painting business…

Yet my painting business was doubling almost every year.

… It was paying all my bills

… It was paying for all my travel

And that moment driving my car I realize that the homerun business I've been looking for is my painting business.

I wondered… What kind of success would I be having right now if I had gone “All In” on my painting business the last 2.5 years instead of chasing all these shiny objects?

What I Realized & Why I Decided To Go All In On The Painting Business - And Why Hundreds Of People Across The Country Are Following My Lead

The painting industry is huge.

Just look around at every single building... every single house...

All of those buildings and houses need to be painted inside and out... again... and again... and again.

Just look at all the new subdivisions and new buildings being built...

...That need to be painted inside and out again... and again... and again.

The Home Improvement industry is an $800 billion dollar industry that's projected to be over $2 trillion by 2025.

Home Improvement doesn't even count all the commercial work, industrial work, and new construction work that also makes up the trades industry.

What makes this industry even better is that it's not going anywhere but it's only getting bigger every single year.

And even though some other businesses might look sexy from the outside - like a big software company or technology company….

… You know the companies you see in the media and in the news - the flashy stuff?
A lot of those companies aren't actually making profit.

And you don't hear about all those companies that go out of business because technology put them out of business.

Or a competitor put them out of business.

Or they never made it at all… All the complete failures because they were starting an “Unproven Business”.

You don't need to worry about that in the painting industry. It’s already proven.

Everything needs to be painted and it needs to be painted again... and again... and again.

But that's just the beginning...What makes his business sexy is how unsexy it is!

Just think about it…

When's the last time you saw an article or a Shark Tank episode or some media talking up how cool it is to own a painting company?

You probably never have because it's not sexy.

Which means all the smartest people in the world aren’t working in this industry!

They're working on the next big tech company.

And the competition in the painting industry has a very low bar.

In fact, that's how it is in the entire Home Improvement industry.

How many people do you know who have a horror story about a contractor they worked with?

… Basically anyone who has done home improvement projects has a horror story about the contractor they worked with.

That's because there's a serious lack of professionalism and business-savvy in this industry.

There are a lot of competitors but very little competition.

To build a successful business, you need to be better than your competitors.

As long as you can be better than the competition, you can take business and work from the competition.

Which happens to be really really easy to do in the painting industry.

For example…

If you can simply show up on time, do what you say you're going to do, and have good communication skills... you're already ahead a lot of the competition

And…

If you can apply some very basic business principles to operating a business you're already ahead of a lot of the competition.

And if you can do BOTH of those things, you will be in the top 10% of this entire industry.
Because the truth is…

The majority of the competitors are painters who are running a business… Not business people running a painting company.

A lot of the competitors and a lot of the business owners are hard-headed, stubborn, and want to do things their own way.

… The way they’ve always done things.

They’re not adapting their business to a changing marketplace.

They don't operate their business like a business.

They don't have business plans.

They don't track their numbers or financials.

They don't have a strategy... They just take any job they can get.

They have virtually no sales process.

… I can't tell you how many times our competitors have written their estimate on the back of a business card instead of using a contract.

A lot of contractors take PRIDE in not using contracts. Big Mistake!

Or I could tell you about all the times we've won a bid because the other contractor said they would email their bid over and…

THEY NEVER SENT IT.

… Or how many times I've heard customers tell me that they've left messages for other contractors and haven't heard any reply.

Contractors not even returning customer phone calls. Another Big Mistake!

It's like some of our competitors are trying to fail.

They don't understand (and refuse to learn) the basics about marketing, tracking what they're spending their money on, and tracking if it's actually working.

I know this because I run a marketing company for painting contractors.

Most of them complain about finding good help and good workers…

… Not realizing that the problem is they don't pay people well enough, they're disorganized, and they're not a good boss to work for.

Basically... this is a huge industry... in a huge market... with competition that is easy to beat... with customers who are underserved and dissatisfied with the current companies out there.

I’m really not trying to bash painting contractors.

In fact… I’m trying to help them.

I want this industry to be better… For everyone... Customers, employees, subcontractors, the business owners.

But the reality is… A lot of the contractors out there don’t want to change.

And that leaves a huge window open to enter this market and take customers for yourself…
That’s where you come in...

But how can someone with limited or no experience in painting run a successful painting business?

Painting is simple. We are not coding software here.

There are only 3 things that make a great paint job.

  • Good prep work. You need to understand the most common problems on a house, the best solutions, and how to deliver those solutions.
  • Good materials. You can learn this with a simple google search or talk to a paint rep
  • Clean and quality finished product. Imagine you were inspecting the job for your mom… Is the job site clean? Does the finished product look good?

It’s a simple business... If you keep it simple.

For example… At the very beginning of starting the business, stick to only exterior, residential repaints.

There is less to learn this way. But still plenty of money to be made.

Let me show you…

For exterior painting… There are 5 major defects or problems on the outside of the house.

  • Peeling paint on horizontal surfaces where moistures sits
  • Cracking in joints where caulking has failed
  • Faded paint where the sun has broken down the paint
  • Nail holes that are sunken in
  • Rotten wood or boards that need to be replaced

You need to understand how to identify these problems, explain why these are problems, know the solution to these problems, and the benefits of that solution.

I have a ONE PAGE document with all of that information…

Not rocket science!

And there are a handful of products or types of paint that you need to know about…

  • What caulking to use
  • What primer to use
  • What paint to use

And all of this information is incredibly accessible and provided by the paint store and your personal paint rep at the store…

Whose only job is to help people like you get the right product for the job. And to buy as much of those products as you can.

They have an incentive to be helpful.

This is the same thing the college painting companies do - exterior only.

You don’t need to be great at painting either. There are a ton of great painters out there. So what do YOU do?

Your job is to start, run and build the business…

Let’s get into what that looks like…

How I Started My Business With $200 And Made $4,000 In The First 4 Weeks… While Working Less Than 10 Hours Per Week On My Business

So... Now I'm going to show you how easy it is to start this business and how easy it is to grow this business.

The first step is the basic start up checklist…

  • Register your business
  • Get your EIN number for taxes
  • Set up your bank account
  • Create a company logo for basic marketing and sales material
  • Get an insurance policy for general liability insurance
  • Get workers compensation
  • Get a business license (this is only required in some states and counties, but not all)

Okay so that's all the logistical stuff to be ready to do business.
All that stuff above cost me about $200…

  • $50 to register my business
  • About $100 for insurance
  • And $50 for some of my first marketing materials like a couple basic flyers and some contracts

So now I'm ready to do business!

The first step: Attract clients!

I need people who are interested in getting estimates… We call this Marketing!

… And there are a few options for someone just getting started.

Since I was broke I went with door to door marketing.

I went into a middle to upper income neighborhood for about 6 hours and I knocked on doors of houses that needed painting…

I said “Hey, I’m Eric with Foothills Painting and I noticed you have some peeling paint… I’d love to give you a free estimate.”

In 6 hours I got 11 people who were interested in an estimate. I set up 6 estimates… Some of them changed their mind or never answered the phone.

But that's not the only way you can get business at the beginning...

Other options for marketing are…

  • Networking with real estate agents property managers or other contractors
  • You can post on Facebook or Next Door
  • Reach out to your personal network... ask friends and family

Or you can use a number of different marketing companies called lead services… You sign up and they just start sending you customers who are interested in an estimate.

For example… One of the companies I own is called Painter Choice.

We advertise on Google to customers who are searching for a painter… They sign up on our website to be connected to “painters in our network” to get estimates.

When they submit their information, we immediately send it to you.

You call them and schedule an estimate and you pay for each customer we refer to you.

It's truly that simple.

There's a ton of other marketing opportunities as well but these are the quick and easy places to start.

Now that we have customers who are interested in an estimate… the sales process begins!

Let’s go over the short version of the sales process…

  • I set up a time to meet the homeowner and then I show up on time
  •  I'll start by asking them some questions about what they want and what questions they have and what concerns they have
  • Then we'll walk around the outside of their house
  • As we walk around the outside of their house, we're looking at some of the problem areas that I mentioned earlier… those five main problems that are on outside of houses.
  • I'm educating my customer on what problems I see what solutions I recommend and why I recommended those solutions
  • I work up some different options for my customer at that point in time
  • Once we walked around the house, my customer goes back inside while I walk around the house taking my measurements and coming up with my price and writing up their contract
  • I deliver my estimate “on the spot”... I don't send it later like some of my competitors do
  • Delivering my estimate on the spot always improve my sales ratios
  • I go back inside with my contract and review it with my customer
  • Some of them say yes, some say no.

On my first 6 estimates I booked five of them and they were pretty small jobs so it was only a little over $8,000 in sales

… I had a high sales ratio because I lowered my prices to help get my first few jobs which I always recommend new companies do.

Next... I posted an ad up on Craigslist looking for subcontractors.

A subcontractor is someone who has all of their own tools and equipment, they carry their own insurance, and they have a number of years of painting experience.

Instead of doing their own marketing and sales, they just work for other companies.

Their strategy is “we just show up and do the painting” and they leave the marketing, sales, business operations… to companies like mine.

It’s a great win-win scenario.

I got a bunch of responses, did some interviews and found someone that I wanted to work with.
His name was Jay. He has been painting for 15+ years.

One of the jobs I booked was a $2,700 job... So I met Jay at that house and told him that I could pay him $1,350 to paint this house and he would buy the materials.

I showed him the contract... I showed him what the prep work was... I showed him the paint we were using…

I walked around the house and showed him exactly what I talked to the customer about and we agreed on a price of $1350.

He finished the job in two days with one of his helpers.

I did a final walk around with my customer and Jay… Collected a final payment for my customer for the remaining balance of about $2,000.

I had already collected the first $700 when I booked the job which I put in my pocket as profit.

When Jay finished the house and we collected the other $2,000, I paid him the $1,350 I owed him and kept the other $650 as the other part of my profit.

Total Profit: $1350.
Total Time: Less than 10 hours

  • 1 hour to get the lead.
  • 2 hours to do the estimate.
  • 1 hour to do the walk around with Jay.
  • 1 hour to do the final walk around.

I did the same thing with the other four jobs…

And I ended up with about $4,000 in profit on a little over $8,000 and sold jobs in my first 4 weeks of my business.

So what does it cost to start up a painting company? It depends on how much money you want to put in.

And there are certain things that are a total waste of money at the beginning…
For example…

You don't need a truck. You don’t need a van. You don’t need any equipment.

And there are certain marketing expenses you should NOT spend money on at the beginning because it won’t bring you any money back.

I talked to a guy just recently who is struggling to get business…

He spent $2,000 buying and putting a wrap on a brand new truck and he ran out of all his start-up money...

But he wasn't getting any phone calls and wasn't getting an estimate and didn't have any more money to spend on marketing.

I always hate hearing stories like this…

Because if you would have spent that $2,000 on lead services like I mentioned above you would have had 50 to 60 customers interested in estimates…

And you would sell a bunch of jobs, make money, and with that money you can reinvest into the truck and wrap or whatever else you want!

You can start your business for next to nothing…

The only money you really need at the beginning is your startup money to establish your business and then money to spend on marketing to get your first estimates…

You're the one doing sales and don't need to pay yourself.

You're hiring a subcontractor to paint the house and they're going to buy the materials… Or at the very least, you’ll use the deposit from the customer to buy the materials (and pay your contractor less).

And you're going to pay them after the job has been completed after you collect money from the customer.

So the only start-up costs are establishing your business and your upfront marketing cost.
And if you don't have a lot of money for upfront marketing costs, you can do what I did and go door-to-door…

Or call real estate agents, property managers, other contractors, use your network, etc.

And then the business funds itself. All positive cash flow…

Ok - Now Your Business Is Started - How Do You Grow It?

I teach people to build this business in 2 phases.

Let’s look at Phase 1… Building the Foundation.

First you need a strategy for how you're going to build and grow this business... That's what I'm outlining right now for you.

Build a business plan… your business plan is how you track and know all of your numbers.

The bigger your business gets, the more complicated your business gets.

So it's important you understand how to make a business plan from the very beginning…

So that when the business gets more complicated you have a system to support it!

Your business plan will outline :

  • How many leads you need per week
  • How many estimates you'll do per week
  • How many jobs you'll sell per week
  • How much sales you'll do per week
  • How many jobs and houses you'll need to paint every week
It also includes how much money you're going to spend on marketing, how much you pay your subcontractors, and any other expenses in the business.

Knowing these numbers is critical because it tells you where you are succeeding and where you are falling short… It tells you exactly what to work on.

It’s your map and your guide to building your business.

Phase 1 is about building a strong foundation for your business.

  • Marketing: Can you consistently bring in potential customers?
  • Sales: Can you turn those potential customers into paying customers?
  • Pricing: Can you sell jobs at the RIGHT prices? Because lowering your price to win jobs ruins your profit margins…
  • Can you produce quality jobs with your subcontracting team, at profitable numbers?
The goal of Phase 1 is…

  • 10 estimates per week
  • $10,000 in sales per week
  • $10,000 produced (painted, completed jobs)
  • 50% paid to your subcontractors (50% gross profit)
At this stage you are making $3,000-$4,000 per week.

And you’re working about full-time.

So… You can't actually grow your business without working more hours (there aren’t any more hours to work!)

That's When You Enter Phase 2… Building Your Team

You're hiring a project manager to oversee all the projects and subcontractors.

You're hiring a sales person who's going to be your estimator... meeting with customers, writing up their contracts, and selling your jobs.

You’re hiring an office manager who can manage a lot of the administrative things, phone calls, and play point person.

This is how I was able to work only 10 hours a week while doing $650,000 in business a year making over $110,000 a year

  • I provided the marketing leads
  • Ben was doing sales
  • Paul was managing production
Leads came into Ben... He set the appointment. He booked the job.
He hands the job off to Paul.

Paul works with the subcontractor to paint the house, do the final walk through, and make sure the customer is happy.

Every Monday we all meet…

Ben brings in the new jobs to pass them off to Paul and give me the deposits to put in the bank.

Paul brings in the completed jobs, gives me the deposit to put in the bank.

I write new checks and support Ben and Paul.

All I really did was make sure Ben had enough leads. And if there were problems I could step in.

And this is the same fundamental model I use today to operate a $5.8 million dollar company

And this is why I helped five of my best friend start their own painting business
Because it's so damn easy!

It's a huge market...

With very little competition...

And it's not rocket science...

How To Make This Business Incredibly Easy - All You Need To Know To Crush It

You need to know the basic paint knowledge for exterior painting so you know what you're talking about and you know how to deliver a good paint job….

What are the main problems, what are the best solutions, and what are the best products?

Once you get some experience under your belt, you can start to expand into a broader range of painting… Interiors, stain jobs, commercial jobs, etc..

Business Planning: You need to be able to map out a basic business plan and have a strategy like the one outlined above.

Estimating: You need to know how you’re going to price your jobs to hit your numbers in your business plan.

Marketing: You need to know how to generate leads.

Sales: You need to know how to sell a paint job and have a decent sales process.

Production: You need to know how to find a good subcontractor who can deliver on your promises.

… And, most importantly, you need to be someone who does what they say they're going to do, follows through, communicates well, and is easy to work with.

And if you can do these things you'll be so far ahead of the competition already.

And once you get to Phase 2...

You need to learn how to build a team and that's when things get really exciting.

But you never need to build a team to build a great business, make great money, and take control of your life...

And although this is really simple and it is pretty easy... trying to do it all on your own is not so easy… I know from experience

When I first started my business it was hard to figure out how to register the business, what insurance I needed, and how to get workers comp!

And I've definitely lost my ass on a lot of bad marketing investments over the years before I found out what really worked and what worked well.

I've read countless sales books, invested in sales programs, and tried sales strategies that didn't work but actually backfired…

Until we finally landed on a sales process that really works.

We've made mistakes building our production process over the years … we even painted houses the wrong color because of organizational problems.

We spent years perfecting our business planning strategy …. mostly by screwing things up and learning what not to do.

And these lessons have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years.

But the good news is you don't have to do this on your own...

Because… Drum Roll Please…

I'm thrilled to introduce to you a program that has been developed, tweaked, tuned, improved, and perfected over the last 15 years of my experience training people to start and build painting companies with extraordinary results….

Introducing… The Painting Business Pro Business System ™

The only product on the market that provides an entire business system used by business owners across the country.

The PBP Business System ™ takes you by the hand, step by step, through establishing your business... to getting your first customers... to building a consistent stream of business and cash flow… AND giving you the foundation, strategy, and business plan you need to grow as big as you want.

… No matter how much experience you have in business

… No matter how big your market is or how small it is

… No matter the competition you face

… No matter how the economy is doing

… Even if you can only run this business PART-TIME like I did...

The key to why this system works is it’s based on proven business principles…

… principles that have been tweaked, tuned, and improved for over 15+ years of trial and error.

… these are the exact principles and processes we follow in our own painting companies which did over $5.8M in revenue in 2019.

… and the same process we follow whenever we start new companies.

There are 5 main parts to this system.

1. Build a Business Plan & Strategy

2. Estimating and Getting Your Pricing Righ

3. Marketing & Attracting Potential Clients (even if you’re a brand new company)

4. Sell, Sell, Sell: How to Outsell Competitors (easier than you think)

5. SimProduction & How to Deliver for Your Customers: Finding Experienced, Qualified Painters

So let’s look at each part of this system in detail right now…

That way you understand exactly what you are getting with the Painting Business Pro Business System ™

It took me years to build a great business plan.

But for you it won’t take more than a couple hours… and will immediately improve your business.

Because I’ve made it dead simple for you to create a perfect business plan…

→ Your whole business works together, so it needs to be planned together!

→Know exactly what targets you need to hit each week including...

→Marketing Targets: How much you’ll spend on marketing and how many leads you need to generate

→Sales Targets: How many estimates you’ll do, jobs you’ll sell, and total sales

→Production Targets: How many jobs and how much revenue you produce each week

Financials: Mapping out your gross profit, marketing costs, insurance costs, and other business expenses so you know how much money you’ll make before you start

And once you build this business plan, it only takes a few minutes each week to update.

… So the moment you “fall off track” you know… and you can do something about it!

→ Falling behind in marketing? Time to increase your marketing.

→ Profit on jobs is a little low? Might need to raise prices or adjust how you pay people.

→ Sales slowing down? Time to work on improving your sales process.
Knowing your numbers in your business is critical.

You can create the perfect business plan in just a few minutes…

1.  Watch the video where I create a sample business plan.

2. Take the template I’ve provided you and simply fill it in!

This one thing will put you ahead of 95% of the other contractors already in business.

I’m also going to teach you…

Business strategy and the “3 phases to growing your business” including...

→ How to know when it’s time to hire someone (and how to do it)

→ Who you should hire first, second, and third like a (salesperson, project manager, etc)

→ How to build your “Org Structure”

Understanding key metrics and benchmarks for your business like…

→ What should your sales rate be?

→ How much is too much to spend on marketing? (and what is not enough?)

→ If you get 10 leads, how many estimates should you do?

→ What should your profit margins be?

… And more…

Most business owners have the wrong expectations for what those numbers should be… So they end up making bad decisions or focusing on the wrong thing.

This one module is worth the price of the entire program and took me YEARS to figure out...

And once I did, my business grew so much faster and so will yours.

Charging the right price is SO IMPORTANT.

But the “right” price depends on your goals, your business plan, and what stage your business is.

… NOT “what the customer will pay”. Customers don’t set your price. YOU DO.

Understanding Estimating, Your Price, and Your Profit

→ How does your price fit into your overall business plan and business model?

→ How do you come up with the “right” price for your business plan?

→ Pricing is NOT about “winning the job”... That’s what your sales process is for.

Estimating Forms and System

I’ll share with you the exact estimating forms our company has used since Day 1… And we still use to this day.

This is how we train all of our new sales reps, and always have…

It’s how we come up with the right prices, consistently, time and time again…

And make sure we are hitting our goals on our business plan.
Plus:

→ Learn how to adjust your estimating formulas so you can always keep improving your pricing.

→ Discover different estimating software or apps you can use to help get the right prices every time

When you have a lot of customers who want estimates from you, you are IN DEMAND.

… And it’s easier than you think to attract clients even if you’re a brand new business.

Here’s what you’ll learn in this section…

→ The huge marketing mistake most contractors make that costs tens of thousands of dollars in lost profit.

→ The 4 key marketing strategies our company used to grow to over $5.8 million in revenue (yes, only 4)

→ How you can instantly start bringing in more customers… as early as this afternoon… With almost NO effort on your part.

→ Why relying on ONLY word of mouth is a fatal mistake.

→ And if you do get a lot of word of mouth, why spending money on marketing is even MORE valuable for you...

→ See exactly how my company has become #1 in our market (and how you can too)

These are dead-simple marketing strategies that are guaranteed to work if you apply them.

Marketing is the key to your whole business.

If you are only getting 2 potential customers per week… The most customers you can possibly get per week is 2.

The better you get at attracting potential clients, the more jobs you will win, and the more money you will make.

You. Can. Not. Sell. Jobs. Based. On. Price.

So how do you sell a lot of jobs without being the lowest price?

The answer is a professionally crafted sales process. Which is exactly what you’re going to learn in this section…

→ How to sell first jobs without credibility (I trained hundreds of college students to do this…)

→ The 4 reasons people buy (if you miss ONE of these, you can’t book the job)

→ How using something called the “Need Satisfaction Selling Cycle” hits on all 4 of the reasons people buy

→ The “Initial Call Script” that puts you ahead of the competition from your very first contact with your customer.

→ How to use “Pre Closes” to put your customers in a BUYING state of mind (They start off in a window-shopping state of mind)

→ Learn Personality Selling… and why you “click” with some people but don’t with others… And why you NEED to “click” with someone for them to buy from you.

→ How to win more jobs on a “call back” by improving your close and handling objections

→ What “price anchoring” is and how to do it without being obvious (This is very important!)

And, most importantly…

...How to do all of this without being a high pressure salesperson…

But instead, provide an amazing experience to your customers.

I straight COPIED our entire sales process and put it in the course…

1. The entire sales process overview - see every single step and why it’s important.

2. The Initial phone call to schedule the estimate… and confirmation call (and why it matters)

3. The Q&A

4. The Walk Around

5. The Pre Closes

6. The Close

7. How to Follow Up (for those people who drag their feet)

You’ll get every single script, every single document…

Use this for yourself or to train your sales team.

This process is how you can sell your jobs for more money and win jobs even if you are higher than your competitors. We do this all the time!

How do you deliver a high quality paint job, consistently, without being a babysitter or micro manager?

Or even better… without being a good painter yourself? (I’m an awful painter)

That’s what this section of the course is all about…

If you’re going to run a great business, you need to have great people you can trust. And a system for delivering a high quality product to your clients.

→ Pros and Cons of using employees vs subcontractors so you can make the best decision for your business  (Hint: Subcontracting is better in almost every way for a new business.)

→ The MYTHS about subcontracting and how subcontracting is an AMAZING option (It’s how most of the top companies operate and almost all of the big franchises….)

→ The system we use to stay organized with all of our clients cut down on time and keep clients up-to-date

→ How our project managers oversee $1.2-$1.5 million of jobs per year while delivering great quality jobs, creating happy customers, getting positive reviews, and driving referrals.

→ How our project managers oversee $1.2-$1.5 million of work per year while delivering great quality jobs, creating happy customers, getting reviews, and referrals.

→ How to recruit, find, and manage great subcontractors or employees

→ How to guarantee your profit margins… And how to do it whether you use subcontractors or employees (this is critical!)

→ How to immediately cut down your “job site” time, so you can focus on running your business

Bottom Line: A lot of time gets wasted babysitting, micro managing, and reacting (putting out fires) in this part of the business.

What if you could have crews you trust?

What if all you need to do is meet them at the beginning of the job and they take it from there?

What if you had people who could deliver high quality work for you without you lifting a finger?

All you need to do is show up at the beginning and then show up at the end… And customers were happy?

This is how our project managers produce $1.5 million in business while maintaining a GREAT reputation.

And that’s what I’ll teach you in this section.

Sounds Great… But You Could Do All Of This On Your Own… Right?

Let me shoot straight with you…

If you could do this on your own, you already would have.

And even if you decided you could do it… And wanted to do it…

It would take you YEARS to put together what is in this training program.

How do I know?

Because that’s how long it’s taken me and my team…

… And I’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars to learn lessons that are “baked in” to this program.

So yes.

You can do it on your own.

But be ready to spend hundreds of hours, tens of thousands of dollars, and it will take several years…

Just to find the answers that are already included in this program.

Remember the guy who spent $2,000 on marketing that was a dead end? Then didn’t have any money to spend on marketing?

If he had my program he would have avoided that mistake…

And there are LOTS of potholes and mistakes that you can (and will) make…

That I can help you avoid…

Because not only have I been there, done that… But I’ve coached hundreds of people 1on1 and thousands of people through my online training.

I’ve seen it all.

Do you really want to do this the longer, harder way? Painfully figuring out what works and what doesn't for years the way I did?

Wouldn’t you rather spend your time building your business? Or spending time with your family?

… Instead of re-doing all of the work I’ve already done on this?

And it’s not like I’m some random guy in a Facebook group…

Everything I’m sharing with you is PROVEN TO WORK.

Because we use it in our own companies… TO THIS DAY!

… And hundreds of other contractors use this too…

So yea - you COULD do this on your own… But that would be foolish.

There Is Another Option Though… You Could Buy A Franchise… Right?

Let me tell you why buying a franchise is like lighting money on fire…

#1 - Start Up Fee.

They are going to charge you an OFFENSIVE amount of money to buy the rights to their systems and “their name”...

But their name DOESN’T HAVE A PRESENCE in your territory… Or else you wouldn't be able to buy the name! So the name doesn’t matter.

#2 - Royalties.

They are going to keep charging you OFFENSIVE amounts of “royalties” for every dollar you bring in for the LIFETIME of your business.

The better your business does… the more money the franchises costs you.
Most royalty fees are 6-9% per year…

If you’re successful, your franchise may end up costing you $200,000 or more… And counting!

#3 - Geographical Limitation.

You are PAYING to restrict your ability to grow your business.

Fun Fact: Average zip codes allowed for franchisees is around 16 zip codes, which usually only constitutes 3-5% of an entire city…

You get to work in 3% of your target market… For $40K up front… and lifetime royalties on the back end… Ripoff.

Want to know the easiest way to grow your business?

→ Expand geographically doing exactly what you’re already doing.

Want to know what you aren’t allowed to do with a franchise?

→ Expand geographically doing exactly what you’re already doing.

Well that’s not totally true… You could pay them another $40,000 for the RIGHTS to expand your business.

I’m getting upset just typing this…

Bottom line is this… DO NOT BUY A FRANCHISE.

Seriously - call me before you do that. I’ll talk you off the ledge.

And I’m dead serious about that. I will happily talk to you if you are seriously considering a franchise.

#RantOver…

Or You Could Start Another Business (Not a Painting Business)

I’m not going to knock this… there are a lot of opportunities out there…

Hell - I’ve got 2 other companies that aren’t painting companies…

Painting Business Pro (this one) is not a painting business… It’s an online educational business.

That took 2 years before I made a penny…

And 2 more years before it was anything worthwhile…

Painter Choice is my other business… an online marketing company.

That one took about 6 years before it turned a consistent and healthy profit.

And both of these businesses could “die” a lot easier than my painting company.

So let’s take a look at your options…

You can start some online business

There are a LOT of skills that go into building an online business…

  • How do you get people to visit your website or your online store?
  • Do you know how to do content marketing?
  • Even if you create a ton of content, do you know how to rank on SEO? YouTube? Podcasts?
  • Do you know how to build Google Ads? Facebook Ads?
  • Do you know how to build websites?
  • Hire developers and designers?
  • Do you know how to write copy?

It can be really expensive with both time and money to get started…

  • You either need to spend a bunch of money up front to get things done and built
  • Or you need to do it all yourself
  • Or both…

And there is a lot more competition…

  • You are instantly competing with really smart people on Google Ads or Facebook Ads who have spent millions of dollars to learn how to build their campaigns.
  • Everyone and their mom wants to do business online.. This is what is sexy right now. It’s attracting a lot of competition

You can join a networking marketing company…

But the promised “residual” income rarely ever happens…

And “top earners” are something like 1 in 15,000 people....

And even if you wanted to succeed… everyone you meet becomes a prospect and your whole life becomes a part of your business.

Maybe it’s just me, but that’s not my cup of tea.

And I’m speaking from experience where I actually WAS doing really well.

Look -- Here’s the problems with most other businesses you can start…

  • They require a lot of start up capital (which means a lot of risk)
  • They take a long time to turn a profit (which means a lot of risk… and working for free)
  • They require a lot of hard-to-get technical knowledge (like software, coding, insurance, finance, etc…)
  • They aren’t a proven business - it’s an “idea” (which means a lot of risk)
  • They aren’t good in a recession (which could put a new business straight out of business)

It’s a rare opportunity when you put this all together… You can:

→ Start the business with less than a couple thousand dollars ($200 in my case)

→ Turn a profit almost immediately...

→ Enter a proven, nearly recession proof industry… (Our business is up 50% year over year even with COVID)

→ Where there is such a low bar of competition

→ And the “technical” knowledge is so basic that you can learn it on a weekend?

→ But still has enormous “upside” and potential?

I’ll be honest with you… I don’t think you’re going to find another business that is this easy to “get into” with this much upside…

And such little downside or risk…

Of Course… You Could Do Nothing - Stay The Path You’re On - Don’t Start A Business

And you know pretty much how that’s going to turn out…

→ You already know what you dislike about your current career…

→ You know how much money you’ll make…

→ You know how long it will take to get promoted...

→ You know how many vacations you get to take each year…

→ You pretty much know how the rest of your life is going to go in a career…

Because fundamentally, the income is capped and your time has already been spoken for.

→ You already know what things in life you won’t be able to afford…

→ You already know what items you can go ahead and cross off the bucket list right now…
Look… I don’t mean to be a downer.

But there is a reason I do what I do… I BELIEVE in entrepreneurship.

→ Life is better when you can control your time. You can take 75 days of vacation a year like I did… You don’t get that in a job.

→ Life is better when you can control your income… When you grow your business you can get a $100,000 raise in a single year (or more). You don’t get that at a job.

→ Building a business has its challenges… But living the ONE life you get in a capped career you don’t love… I think that’s harder.

And I believe in YOU…. Even though I don’t know you.

Because once you know how to…

→ Build a business plan.

→ Price your jobs.

→ Market and attract clients.

→ Sell jobs.

→ Hire a subcontractor and produce those jobs.

You can create money out of thin air.

You never need to get a job again.

Just like me… I knew how to do those things when I got out of college.

And even if I lost EVERYTHING…

I could build back my business in a matter of a couple years and be back to making “big money”.

Because of the skills I’ve developed…

I traded a few “hard” years for a lifetime of easy.

And I’ve trained thousands of other business owners to do this too…

From all different backgrounds…

From all different walks of life…

From all different ages…

And all different skill sets…

Don’t take my word for it though… Here’s what a few people have to say about this program...

"I have been a life long painter, but I finally decided to start my own business. Eric's course is insanely, magnificently, beautifully, simply amazing. This course is perfect for someone who hasn't picked up a brush before or for someone who has been painting for years. At first I was concerned about spending money for the online course, but let me assure you, there is really no cost. It is an investment. It's an investment that if you apply any of what Eric teaches you, it will pay for itself within the first job. Don't hesitate. What also is very awesome is the support. If you're confused about something, just send Eric an email. He will get back to you. He makes it very evident that he cares about your success in business and in life."

- Dave S.

"Eric and his Painting Business Pro business package is the real deal. Eric is an entrepeuneur that lived and grew his own painting business by painting and learning the trade from the inside. We all start businesses because we have the technical skills or like to paint. After 8 years of being a painter, burnt out, and hitting the "glass ceiling" Eric and the Painting Business Pro gave me new insight and the systems to put down the paint brush and to work on my business instead of in it. I'm on my way creating a money machine to give me my life back. Thank you Eric."

- Neil H.

"Love, Love, Love Painting Business Pro! After watching a few short clips of Eric, I decided to purchase the course. My wife is typically the skeptic in our family and usually is very against a purchase like this. She typically is of the mindset that we would be wasting our money. However, she relented and we purchased the course. A few days later, I returned home one afternoon and my wife had watched all of the videos. She stated, “That Eric really knows what he is talking about.” Painting Business Pro is the single best investment we could have made to help us start our painting business. "

- Vincent B.

"I knew next to nothing about painting before taking this course. I sped through it, learned as much as I could as quickly as I could, and promptly went out and sold 3 jobs worth over 10K using the systems Eric presents. It's a great place to start for beginners and for those who are experienced, there will definitely be a lot to take away as well!"

- Adam W.

It’s As Easy As 1, 2, 3…. A Step By Step, Paint-By-Numbers Approach To Building Your Business

The truth is… This business can be quite simple.
I mean.. It has to be if a bunch of college students can do it!
You just need to…

→ Follow the process I’ve laid out

→ Put in the work

→ Ask questions when you have them

→ Don’t quit just because things are tough - that’s part of the learning process
I’ve made it dead-simple to start and build this business… After all, I’ve been doing this for 15 years now.
And you’ll do it one step at a time

Following Proven Business Principles…

With No Bullshit, Straight-to-the-Point Training Videos…

And Done-For-You Systems...

In each training module, there are several lessons.

Each lesson includes 2 things:
1. The training video.

2. The document that goes with the video.

For example, in the first module we’re going to build your business plan.

The video will show you exactly how to build your business plan, step by step.

→ We have a business plan already built FOR you, you just need to fill it in.

All you need to do is…

1. Download the form

2. Watch the video

3. Follow the steps in the video
And BOOM you have a top-notch professional business plan.

Without any brain damage.

The program is truly paint-by-numbers.

And the most successful students are the ones who follow the program the closest.

Now is the time to act before the price goes up again…

Over the last few years I’ve been making changes and updates to the course 1-2x every year.

We’re constantly working on improving our own businesses (because I practice what I preach).

And I pass a lot of those lessons on to you by adding them to the course.

But I can’t just give away everything for free. We spend tens of thousands of dollars building our systems, making mistakes, trying things that don’t work…

So when I update the course, I have to raise the price of the course.

And if you’re already a member, you get those updates for free.

So… A Fair Warning: This price can go up at any time… and probably will.

You might be wondering… Why do I do this? Why would I give away my company’s secrets and everything we have worked so hard to build?

When I first started in business I didn’t know what in the world I was doing…

I was terrible at virtually everything...

I was disorganized. I was bad at sales. I lost customer checks. And I wasn’t very profitable…

But I did have one thing… great coaches and mentors (and a drive to be successful).

Because of my coaches and mentors I have an incredible life today.

I run a great business. I make great money. I travel. I spend time with my family. And I get to live the life I always wanted.

But I know I didn’t get here on my own.

So this is my way of paying it forward.

I get emails all the time hearing from my members… or even people who only watch my videos… The success stories pile up.

Over the years almost two million people have watched my YouTube videos…
Over a million people have visited my website…

And hundreds of people have invested in this program…

And the success stories just keep rolling in.

It inspires me every day.

People’s lives are changing, their families lives are changing, and their futures are brighter.

I feel a duty to share this information.

I’m a great teacher. I love to teach.

And what I teach makes a big impact on business owners, their families, their employees, and their customers.

That’s why I do this.

And I’m not worried about competition… There is more than enough business to go around.

And this industry (the entire construction industry) needs to improve.

But of course… I also don’t give this away for free…

This Is An Investment In Your Business and Your Future …. For You and Your Family

There is a LOT of work that has gone into this training program to make it as easy as possible for you to accomplish your goals…

I’ve spent over 10 years building the training and systems included in the PBP Business System ™.

… Time you don’t have to spend doing the same thing, because I’ve already done it for you.

My companies have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars making mistakes and learning from those mistakes…

…Mistakes you can completely avoid because we already made them for you

The Done-For-You Systems and Scripts alone took hundreds of hours to develop and then several years of tweaking and tuning…

...And all you have to do is slap your logo on them and they’re good to go.

Franchises sell their “Done-For-You” Systems for $40,000 or more plus NEVER-ENDING Royalty Fees.

...And you only get to work in the zipcodes you purchased!

Look… Investing in your business is not always cheap, but…

  • How much is a new stream of income worth to you?
  • How much is it worth to you to have total control over your time?
  • How much time have you spent away from your family and what is that time worth?
  • What kind of life do you want to provide to your family, and what is that worth to you?

- Lauren E.

They work!

- Adam T.

Randy J. Brothers"

- RANDY J. BROTHERS , Founder, The Roofing Academy

- Adam W.

If you hired me to come train you in person on everything in the PBP Business System ™ …

It would cost you over $25,000 (if I even offered such a service)...

… Which would actually be a steal compared to a franchise!

But it’s not going to cost you $25,000.

And even though I’ve had a handful of people tell me I need to charge more money for this program, it’s not even going to cost you $2,500.

You can get the entire PBP Business System ™ for only $997.

Is There Really Any Option Right Now? The Choice Is Clear!

We can agree… you see a real opportunity to build a business and the lifestyle that comes with it...

And right now you have a choice to make.

If you don’t do anything, things are going to stay the same.

You’ll keep running into the same problems, having the same frustrations, making the same money, the same old ups-and-downs.

Working a job you don’t particularly love…

Where you don’t feel challenged...

Not making the money you want to make...

Not enough time with the family...

And continuing to fall short of what you know you are capable of…

And not living the kind of life you REALLY want to live.

Or you can commit to yourself and invest in your future.

Take control of your future, your time, your income…

You only get one life… Make it the best damn life you can live.

Do it by being in control of your time, your income… your whole damn life!

This is time for you to invest in your future…. For yourself and your family.

I know you can do better.

We all can.

This business is an amazing business to be in… There is SO MUCH opportunity.

But Now Is The Time To ACT

There is no guarantee this course will be here forever. And there is no guarantee the price won’t go up.

This course is updated 1-2x per year - so you know you are getting “the good stuff”.

But whenever I update it, I HAVE to raise the price of the course…

… You can understand - I can’t give away everything for free.

Don’t go another day wondering 'what if?'

That’s all I have for you. The choice is yours!

Thanks for reading and I hope to see you on the other side so we can add one more success story to the list.
I believe in you.
I know you have everything you need to build a great business - you’re just missing a good system.
We got your back!
