These terms govern the SMS (text message) program operated by Painting Business Pro ("we," "us"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Painting Business Pro sends text messages to painting business owners who opt in. Messages may include links to free resources you requested (guides, checklists, and playbooks), scheduling and reminders for calls you book with our team, follow-ups from our team about your business, tips for running a painting company, and information about our coaching programs and events.

Opt-In and Consent

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our web forms or lead forms and providing your mobile number, or by texting START to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on the resources you request and your interaction with our team. You may receive up to 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Painting Business Pro is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier with questions about your text or data plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us. To rejoin, opt in again through one of our forms or text START to our number.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
